Objective

of this training is to enable managers to better understand the factors that generate stress, to better understand their own reaction to stress, to find the resources or tools to cope with it and to learn how to take a step back.

Especially in the post COVID era, the development of remote work makes it essential to better understand and manage stress.

  • Recognize and positively manage stress and emotions, which impact our professional & personal life and our well-being.
  • Gain in self-confidence, trust yourself and be authentic to your personality while respecting that of others. You will then be able to excel fully in your professional environment.

 

A different and powerful program in stress management, based on interaction /connection with nature and horses. We breathe, we pause, we adapt to the elements. Dress code, social status and hierarchical level have no impact on the group work.

Only sincerity and open-mindedness remain, to reconnect with yourself and with others, to learn to better manage your daily stress. Highly experiential.

The Options available

  •  Sophrology session(s) with or without horses in nature
  • Equicoaching workshops (1/2 day or 1 day): an accelerator of awareness and a mirror on one’s style and emotions / emotional intelligence
  • Individual coaching sessions: to be deployed at the end of the training, to accompany action plans and personal progress over time
