The specificity of this program is that it is inspired by the philosophy and the art of living of the Nordic countries, in particular with the notion of Finnish “SISU”. This program incarnates “SISU”, an untranslatable Finnish word for “unyielding determination, resistance, courage, humility“.

Authenticity starts with knowing yourself, your values, skills, behaviors and emotions as well as knowing how others perceive you.  Being authentic involves developing your communication & collaboration and keep developing others with passion to enhance the team work continuously.
