After spending +20-yrs in the international financial services area in Paris, New York and London in the management roles, she created her own company to follow her heart & passion to help team members to reach their full potential, especially in the multicultural environments.
She’s been trained by Guillaume Antoine (who has created the Horses & Coaching concept in France) for the innovative approach to use horses for developing Leadership style & presence, assertiveness, communication & co-operation and conflict resolution (either individually or for the teams).
